Tom and I purchased the Eden Lodge Hotel, Whiting Bay, Isle of Arran in June 2015. We are in the process of gradually renovating it and after replacing the roof in the winter of 2015 we hope to renovate the letting bedrooms.
Initially, we opened as a Café, Bar & Grill serving morning coffee, lunch, snacks, home-baking, dinner and drinks – wine, cocktails, draught beer and a selection of liqueurs and spirits.
Until November 2014 we had been doing the catering at Shiskine Golf Club, Blackwaterfoot, Isle of Arran. We were there for five seasons.
We have over 25 years of combined experience in the hospitality industry. This includes working at The Gleneagles Hotel and The Russacks Hotel, St Andrews.
